How It Works

Message us on WhatsApp. Tell us what you're looking for — a custom watch, a chain, a pendant, or anything else.
Get your quote. We'll confirm the design, materials, timeline, and price. Your $200 credit is applied right there on the invoice.
50% deposit to start. After you approve the 3D design, a 50% deposit kicks off production. Your credit can be split across payments.
We handcraft your piece. Lost-wax casting, hand-set stones, precision polish. Progress updates along the way.
Final payment + ship. We send real photos. You pay the remaining balance. Your piece ships FedEx/DHL, fully insured.

The Fine Print

◆50% deposit is non-refundable after 3D design approval.

◆Returns within 48 hours if the piece doesn't match the approved design or has a defect. We cover return shipping.
