No — and we don't call it one. Moissanite is its own gemstone: silicon carbide, discovered in a meteor crater in 1893. It's harder than sapphire and ruby (9.25 Mohs vs diamond's 10), and it actually has more fire and brilliance than diamond. The moissanite we use is lab-grown — D-F color, VVS-VS clarity — indistinguishable from a top-tier diamond to the naked eye, but we'll never tell you it's something it isn't.

No. This is a common myth, usually from people who've seen cheap low-grade moissanite. Our stones are D-F color, premium grade — they stay crystal clear permanently. Moissanite is chemically stable. It doesn't absorb oils, doesn't oxidize, doesn't cloud. Clean it once in a while and it looks exactly the same in 10 years as day one.

Our gold-plated pieces use a thick multi-layer electroplating process — significantly heavier than standard fashion jewelry plating. With normal wear, it holds up for years. Like all plated jewelry, it will eventually show wear on high-friction areas (ring shanks, chain clasps). That's why we offer replating at cost as part of our lifetime aftercare. For heirloom pieces, we recommend solid gold.

Both are excellent. The short version: moissanite gives you more fire and brilliance for less money. CVD lab diamond is chemically identical to a mined diamond — if you want to say "it's a diamond" without asterisks, go CVD. Price difference: moissanite is typically 1/5 to 1/10 the cost of equivalent-size CVD. If you're unsure, message us and we'll walk you through the tradeoffs for your specific piece.

We can create pieces inspired by your reference — matching the overall look, proportions, and stone layout. We will not copy another brand's trademarked design or put their logo on anything. What we do is take the vibe you want and execute it with our own craftsmanship. Send us a photo and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

We revise until you say yes. Unlimited revisions, no extra charge. The 3D CAD stage is exactly for this — you see every angle before a single piece of metal is cast. If after multiple rounds you're still not satisfied, your deposit is refundable (minus a small design fee for the CAD artist's time). This almost never happens — but the policy is there.

It depends on the piece. Simple designs (classic tennis chain, stud earrings): 7–10 business days. Moderate complexity (custom pendant, Cuban chain): 10–18 business days. Complex builds (full iced-out watch, multi-stone custom ring): 18–30 business days. Plus 5–10 business days for global shipping. We'll give you a specific timeline during consultation based on your design. Rush orders are sometimes available — ask on WhatsApp.

We accept PayPal, bank transfer (wire), and major credit/debit cards via Stripe. For custom orders, a deposit secures your production slot; the balance is due before shipping. You'll receive a detailed invoice with every charge clearly itemized.

Because you're buying directly from the workshop that makes it. No retail markup. No distributor margin. No mall rent. No celebrity ad campaign baked into the price. You pay for materials, craftsmanship, and our margin — nothing else. The same quality from a boutique jeweler would be 3-5x our price because their supply chain has 3+ middlemen between the bench and the display case.

Yes. We process payments through PayPal and Stripe — both PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest security standard in the payments industry. We never see or store your full card number. For wire transfers, we provide bank details directly; funds go straight to our business account.

All orders ship via FedEx or DHL Express with full insurance and tracking. Delivery takes 5-10 business days to most countries. Once your package is picked up, you receive a tracking number immediately. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.

We ship worldwide. Our primary markets are the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and the Middle East. If you're in a country with import restrictions on jewelry, let us know upfront and we'll check before you order.

Possibly. Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare the actual value of the piece on shipping documents. If you have specific concerns about your country's import thresholds, message us and we'll help you understand the likely costs before you order.

Lifetime complimentary maintenance: cleaning, polishing, and inspection. If a stone falls out due to a prong failure or manufacturing defect, we re-set it free — including the replacement stone. Custom pieces are made specifically for you — we can't resell them. For this reason, custom orders are not eligible for standard returns. However: if the finished piece does not match the approved 3D CAD design, we'll remake it at our cost. If you receive a piece with a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it free. Our entire process — CAD approval, production photos, final photo confirmation — is designed to make sure you love the result before it ships.

Ready-made pieces that aren't custom-ordered can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
